Lost a rally cap

I went and got my tires rotated and balanced at a certain a tire company ....and I could tell it was going to a problem...seeing that the guy couldn't get the cap off for 15 mins ....so after all that it was done a hour later ....and I drive home and my driver sides front wheel is missing the cap and beauty ring ....so I go back looking to see if I could find it ....but no luck so I call up to the tire company and they said they would order me a new one...I guess we will see if that plays out
