OH Lug Nuts!!

Can anyone tell me weather a 1977 2wd originally came with 13/16" or 3/4" lug nuts. The work in progress I purchased has both and I need to put all of one size or the other on.

13/16 nut on 76 C/D 20 don't know if 10's would have a smaller wheel stud or not. I would think only one would fit

They have 1/2 inch RH lugnuts.

If you walk into a store and buy 13/16 lugnuts you're gonna get semi truck lugnuts.

It's a 1/2 wheel stud, but the socket that fits the lug nut is a 13/16".

 That's what I was thinking, a 13/16 or 3/4 lug nut is HUGE. Stock size is 1/2-20 RH thread. Pretty sure the normal hex size for that 1/2"-20 lug nut would be 13/16.

Sorry. Yea I'm talking socket sizes. Correct on 1/2 right hand threads. I noticed the smaller 3/4 chrome acorns have a nice lip/flair that keep your socket from sliding all the way down over the nut and which keeps your socket from making contact with the wheel, keeping damage to a minimum. I need to locate a original factory jack and lug wrench and want to make sure my nuts fit the wrench!!:bann:

I would not go with the stock jack personally, they are unstable and a pain to use i would upgrade to a small bottle jack.... just my oppionon though
