would a "bull nose" winch mount fit my 91 burb?

My friend saw an ad the other day for a bull-nose with a winch mount and he said the ad says will fit late 70's and early 80's...would it fit my 91 burb?

I put a bull nose on my 1990 and looks pretty good for my build so far .
