cheapest wood b to look at swapmeets for a used chrome or plain one// i always enjoyed the amherst new hampshire meets alot there

Yea no swap meets in the near future, that and Amherst is 7 hrs away! Looks like LMC will get my buisness on this one

Check out Top Banana, theyre a vendor here. If you have a 68 they have a gorgeous smooth bumper. Either way check them out.

I thought I had read that somewhere here but cant find it anywhere on their site maybe it was just the smoothie bumper, either way their bumper looks gorgeous.

I'm pretty sure there was a loooong discussion on this site about one of their bumpers being made in China. Some folks were concerned about trading with the enemies of America, some justified it.

To each his own, but it just seems wrong to strap Chinese crap on American iron, in my jingoistic opinion. :)

If it's just a plain painted bumper that's needed, I'd recommend a junkyard or swap meet and then a repaint. Then you can worry a bit less about your dollars raining back down on you in the form of bullets and nukes at some future date....

I agree, I try and get products made in north america, but sometimes thats not always an option.

i just bought my third aftermarket chrome bumper from Brothers today. on sale for 130. fits like a glove, cant beat it!
