My new daily driver

Just thought I would share a few pics of my new daily drive. Its a 71 non a/c c10. It is a 20 footer fosho but still in decent shape. Everything works on the old girl. I bought it knowing it need some motor work as it smokes/uses oil but I bought it right so its all good. I have a 72 elcamino I drag and thought it would cool to use this truck to pull the elco to some of the nostalgic events at the local track. Oh and the best part it dont take diesel fuel like the duramax.

Nice truck - hmm, that color looks familiar... oh yeah, it's the color of my old '70 C20! I'm almost positive that's a stock color, btw.

The elco is in pieces right now getting ready for paint. But here are a couple of the before pics of it.

I think I will get it in line to be painted after my elco and my 67 swb. It is just to nice of a truck to let go!

You can't bet these old trucks no matter what there duties are! Good choice.
Plus it's a long bed so the ride is going to be even better.
