What is a dana 60 front axle worth?
 

A friend is giving me a 83 or something one ton truck. I just have to pull the motor and trans and give it to him. The truck has some rust but its got a 14 bolt rear and a dana 60 front. Im gonna end up parting it out what are the axles worth? They are a matching set 4.10 gears. Thanks

how much are you going to sell the rear 14 bolt and the dana 60 thats what im going to do on my truck after i lift it.

I dont know im trying to figure out what they are worth. Ive found prices all over the place. The truck runs and drives now. No problems. Both axles are good.

Around here(vancouver, canada) i could get a hold of a matched set 14 bolt and dana 60 for around $500 all day long.

They don't go that high around my area, but there are not either. None ever come up for sale.

Relax man. I wasnt. Im a paying member and when i start to part the truck i will post a thread in the for sale section. I was just trying to get an idea of what the axles are worth. Thats why i said Pm an offer just to keep it off the thread.

Taking your sales to PM does not improve the issue, it compounds it since PM sales are against the rules too.
