Re: Lowering a one ton
I think Sport Truck Direct may have a lowering kit.

Re: Lowering a one ton
Sport truck direct does have a 6/8.5 kit...but I have heard bad things about STD...I am nervous to pull the trigger. I have a thread buried over here where some other alternatives were mentioned....I am going the route Cochino went.

Re: Lowering a one ton
i don't usually do this but:
http://porthuron.craigslist.org/cto/2272432091.html Not mine. Note this is a dually. front half of the frame is not cleaned up, but rear half looks OK. So at least there is a drop for dually. Looking at this the rear is flip and relocated hangers. So your issue would be spindles. Isn't SRW the same as 3/4 ton? |
Re: Lowering a one ton
hey tc4x4 is your truck a crew cab? also if your looking for a srw drop you wont find one because it takes the same spendle as the drw trucks

Re: Lowering a one ton
get some 3" spindles, drop shackles and hanger's then remove a few springs if ya need a little more drop.
how low ya try'n to go ? |
