Lowering a one ton
 
Is there a kit out there, that can lower a c-35? I hear there are none, can it be done with out chopping. LMC says no to one tons?

I think Sport Truck Direct may have a lowering kit.

Sport truck direct does have a 6/8.5 kit...but I have heard bad things about STD...I am nervous to pull the trigger. I have a thread buried over here where some other alternatives were mentioned....I am going the route Cochino went.

How much of a drop is on your ride and how is the ride onit?

Not mine.
Note this is a dually. front half of the frame is not cleaned up, but rear half looks OK. So at least there is a drop for dually. Looking at this the rear is flip and relocated hangers. So your issue would be spindles. Isn't SRW the same as 3/4 ton?

hey tc4x4 is your truck a crew cab? also if your looking for a srw drop you wont find one because it takes the same spendle as the drw trucks

get some 3" spindles, drop shackles and hanger's then remove a few springs if ya need a little more drop.
how low ya try'n to go ?

Its a srw regular cab long box one ton. I don't know if i want to drop it, just feeling out my options, its my first 2wd truck, i usually lift them up.

yeah most likely. I just don't want anyone else to get screwed. but like i said i'm pretty sure they closed their doors.

I personaly called western and western told me it had been quite a few months since they sent anyhting to STD as they owed them ALOT of money.

Is it a flip on the back or hangers? and leafs?
