Turbo 350 issues

I got some issues with my turbo 350 tranny. Was hoping someone could help me out. It doesn't have reverse. It does drive forward but if it's in drive it usually starts in 2nd and then will kick into 3rd. 1st sometimes works but not usually. Checked fluid it's clean but it's over filled. Is my transmission shot? Any ideas?

once the reverse goes youre almost definately looking for a rebuild... good news is these are cheap as far as transmissions go... about $525 in my area installed

would like to see how long one of those will last!

A good quality re-build kit will cost anywhere from 150 to 250 depending on what level kit is required...then the labor to re-build not to mention taking it out and installing it....

Its about 350-600 just for a decent rebuilt one here. about 1k if you just drop off the truck and say 'fix it'
