1986 4x4 and 4x2 rear brake lines the same ?

I was reading the LMC catalogue and they list the rear brake line along the frame for a 4x2 3/4 ton is it the same as the 4x4 ? my 86 K20 has the proportioning valve also , I made a brake line from straight tubing but I would rather have the pre bent type .
