Slam Bags
 

I am going to switch so slam specialties bags and i need to use the 7" bags for the front, i was wondering if any one else is using them, right now i jsut have a plate bolted to the crossmember for the top of the bag and the bottom sits in the cup were the spring used to be, can i stiil do it this way with the slam bags?, if not what do i have to do
