What are these rated? If you can tell..
I bought these bags from my trucks PO. He said they were rated between 2500-2600#. There are no markings in any bag to show that. The first one is a 7" bag. The second and third pics are from a 6" bag from airbagit.com. There is a number on the 6" bag.
7"bag http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u...0/IMG_0846.jpg 6"bag http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u...0/IMG_0847.jpg http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u...0/IMG_0848.jpg If these have an equal rating, which is the better size to use in front and rear? I am not doing any frame mods or notching to install the bags. The bags will go in the original coil spring locations. Thanks for your help. |

Any help here?

Re: What are these rated? If you can tell..
I would use the 7" bag up front and the 6" bag in the rear.
I can't see your pics,... because my work blocks sites like photobucket. |
Re: What are these rated? If you can tell..
personally I wouldn't put anything with the airbagit.com tradename on it under one of my vehicles due to the crappy quality that always seem to follow this brand.

What can you tell me about the weight rating?

not to sound like an ass, but why not call airbagit.com and ask them ... they should know their product better than anyone here.
