The rear glass you can work from the inside. The gasket fits over a flange so start working the gasket up and over the flange. It isn't too hard to do, just get someone on the outside to catch it as it comes out. If you do the top first you can pull it out once you get about half way done.

Sounds easy enough, what about the windshield?

You going to be able to reuse your gaskets? Usually they are in pretty sad shape after 20 something years and will not be reusable. If this is the case, a good box knife helps a ton, as you can cut away the gasket really easy and the glass will literally fall out.

Otherwise, the front glass, remove the locking strip and work it out, fairly straight forward.

Slide a blade in and cut the outer lip off of it then, front and back. Makes it so much easier, just have someone ready in case the glass is not stuck to the rubber (bet it is though). Otherwise some pressure from the inside will be needed to get it out.

My glass guy loved the 1 piece front and back glass weatherstrips (LMC), they have the locking strip made in to them. At first he fought it a tad, but after he was done he said it was actually easier for him.
