Shoulder Belts
 

So...My truck has shoulder belts, but they're just laying in the floor and there's no mount holes or anything where they would typically be. It's a 1980. What's going on here?

Maybe somebody put a different plastic trim piece from a truck that didn't have shoulder belts and it is just covering up the hole. Or is the trim not there and there just isn't a hole if so maybe somebody swapped the cab or theres some other way of mounting shoulder belts that I don't know of.

My 74 has lap belts and I believe that was the last year that was legal
