Can the rails under the bed that attach to the frame be replaced and if so where can I find the replacements? I looked at LMC, Classic Parts, JC Whitney, no one seems to carry them.
I guess if I can find them I can have them made out of some 2”z3” stock but was trying to do it the lazy way.

I have never seen them for sale anywhere... my suggestion would be from a "donor bed"

Thanks for the suggestion, I have looked at a few, most are like mine, the bed itself is in very good shape, but the rails under the box look like mine, full of holes.

No one re pops these, because it's easy enough to just bend them up out of sheet metal. Get a spot weld drill bit, drill out the spot welds that attach them and use whats left of the old ones as a template and bend up some new ones.

im suprised that you guys cant get them.i have bought a few here in canada,maybe ours rust out quicker.lol
i got them at the fender factory.if i remember right they are 3" by 3",they make them wider than the original ones,they go for about 30$ each

Wonder if part #13 could be modified to make work. It's for a stepside but possibly the same and shorter?
