checked your window regulator bolts lately??
 

I just had my trim panel off my drivers door to lube up the latch and window regulator when I noticed THREE of the four bolts holding the regulator to the door were GONE!! The bolts were laying in the bottom of the door. I love old trucks!!

yes i checked them yesterday, when i replaced both of the regulators because neither worked and i wanted windows that worked.

I needed to purchase 5 bolts because ALL of them were missing on the passenger side(PO had pinned window up with a screw into the door metal) and was missing one from the drivers side. None were fallen into the door either they were just gone, along with most of my trim screws i think i might have 2 trim screws on the passenger side and 4 on the drivers, i need to buy some more screws.
