69 c20 292 LWB Stepper
 

Found a 69 LWB stepper, 292, 3 speed. Bound for the crusher on Monday. He wants $650 firm. Is it worth that? It does run. I'm going to see it this afternoon.

Nevermind, it was in bad shape. One fender and the 2 rear fenders were ok, but not worth the full price.

The seller does know that he's not going to even get half that at the wrecking yard??

I don't know what he is thinking, he told me it was in good shape, cab mounts were ok, and rockers were good.

I got there, the rockers were rivited in, and GONE. The driver cab mounts were gone, the pass fender was gone. The only thing i saw salvagable was teh front drivers fender, and the rear fenders.

I just couldn't see spending any money on it though. the fenders had lots of dents, big dents, but very little rust.
