Column piece needed
 

I need the lower steering column piece for 1980 C-10
"the shift indicator cable screws to it"

that piece does not remove from the column unless the column is dismantled. the only thing you can do is carefully slice one down the length. open it up and slide it around yours and then attach across the slice with a small strap of steel or two. if you do it at 6-oclock postion it should go unnoticed. DAVE

that piece can be replaced, but its easier just to replace the whole column. i wouldnt reccomend just anyone tearing into their column, things can get tricky in there.
