Anyone else have this problem with their window weateherstriping?

I got new window weatherstriping from LMC and installed it the proper way (I think), with the window all the way up there's still a small gap between the window and the weather striping. The gap is the same on both the drives and passengers side. Anyone else have this problem? the PO had already removed the old weatherstriping so I can't tell if the new went in the same way as the old.

Is the window up tight in the front? The tracks may be mis aligned.

If I had to guess, I would say the fuzzie pieces in the door are keeping your window from going all the way to the top. Mine do the same thing... You may not like my solution, but what I do is pry them away from the window little while rolling them up.

I experienced the same problem last night. My window went up a little more than yous did, but the window track was hitting the outer belt weatherstrip (fuzzy). Once I pulled out a little it rolled right up. I figured it was my repop doors. I think it will work itself in because it was barely hitting. It was just enough to catch.

I operated the window after each piece I installed to make sure it would work fine.

The one thing I don't like the most is the window track is slightly visible once it is rolled up. Most people will not notice it. ;)

^^^^ Your truck looks bad a$$ anymore pics not trying to thread jack sorry about your window problem maybe talk to a tint shop or window shop sometimes in the past with another type of vehicle I had which shall remain nameless the windows would get a little tacky from use and a good cleaning would help them slide better perhaps there's a product the 2 entities I mentioned would know of that also acts to lubricate the affair. Good luck.

Mine does the same thing w/ the re-pop window seals. I think I'm going to just have new window glass cut 1/2" longer. I figure the re-pops are probably going to be around in the same format for the near future, and my door glass is pretty beat up anyways.
