Window regulator
 

What is the best procedure to replace the door window regulator in my 87?

As I recall.
Remove the window crank.
Take off the inner door panel and arm rest.
Remove the vent window.
Remove the door window.
Remove the regulator.
Reverse the process.

Removing/reinstalling the vent window always seems to me to be the biggest PITA of the whole process but is something any shade tree mechanic can do.
