removal of doors/ removable doors
 
hello all, i was curious if anyone here had made their doors removable for wheeling purposes. im interested in doing this and would like to know if anyone had done it on this board. thanks for any help.

I machined the splines on the pins and made the pins a slightly smaller diameter so then can be popped out. Top pin goes in from the bottom and a cir-clip keeps it in place. This is the only modification necessary for the third door.

For the front doors the hinge plate on the door needs to be cut and a half pipe welded in. Doing that in the near future but tested removing my third door today and it is not that bad.
