Speakers Check em out.
2 Attachment(s)
I put 6x9 inch speakers behind the seats in my 87. It is where original speakers were mounted. They are 400 watt Pioneer. I haven't hooked them up yet.

Re: Speakers Check em out.
Get some of Jeff's brackets and make it look like they are supposed to be there. Cheap way to add in nice 6x9's.

Re: Speakers Check em out.
BAH! why did you have to show me those brackets! I have had an itch to get rid of this wierd shaped speakers behind my seats for awhile. Now I dont even have to figure a way out.

Re: Speakers Check em out.
Jeff makes some nice stuff, things that just add a touch of class to those who know what it normally looks like. They are easy to just spray bomb paint and screw in to place. Don't have to worry about a speaker box rattling around or sliding around or the seat hitting them etc.

Re: Speakers Check em out.
My speaker boxes don't move around, and the seat doesn't hit the speakers. I am not even going to paint the truck. Just touch up the surface rust. Here is a pic of my truck.

Re: Speakers Check em out.
looks good, how much drop is that, and hows it done?
|
Re: Speakers Check em out.
The truck has 2 and 1 half inch drop spindles . At least that is what I was told. It has one inch drop coil front springs. A flip kit in the rear. With drop shackles. It is not level.
