Wiper Wiring

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the windsheild washer curciut? I ask as my wipers do all kinds of wierd **** and I'm not sure if it's the motor or the control board and switch. My truck has the to connector switch and on conector wiper control board.

I just wired mine and it seems it's a 3 wire connector and one is high, one low, middle is 12v power source.

I have a three wire connector and a 5 or 6 pin connecter on switch. And then a 5 pin on the modual that the two connectors go into.
