Tach dash - GC, PO says it worked before truck got parted, but needs printed circuit. $150 plus shipping

Very interested, can I see a better pic of the tach face? I am trying to tell if its rust stained on the white design on it. Thanks Trevor

Face is nice, only some surface rust on the screws and the needles are faded.

UPS quoted $23.85 for 15 lbs. (estimated) and $28.47 for 20 lbs.
FedEx Ground was $22.06 for 15 lbs. and $26.22 for 20 lbs.
