Where should I buy these parts from?

Ive got a list of parts to get for my truck. I found a few places for some of these. Like the fenders. LMC has them, but not sure how good their taiwan parts are. Used LMC on my bosses '55 truck and they seem cheap. Here is my list:lol:

'64 truck parts

1. Front fenders
2. Seat cover(one that looks like original)
3. '64 hub caps
4. wood for bed floor(going for original painted bed floor)
5. 230 I-6 carb kit
6. 230 I-6 decals( 230 hi-torque and air cleaner ect.)
7. something to repair the steering wheel cracks
8. Factory style small mirrors
9. chrome trim ( long fleetside and truck kit)

Thats all I can think of right now. I am sure there will be more tho. If you could point me in the right direction for good quality parts and a good company thatd be awesome! Thanks!

I use classicparts.com. I've never used thier sheetmetal parts but so far I've been happy with everything I've bought from them. Plus, on most items, thier prices are lower than LMC.

X2. Classicparts is my primary supplier for 60-66 items. I've never had a disappointment with parts or service, and they generally offer the lowest prices. Request catalogs from all the suppliers and simply compare prices. You might also want to check the review board forum, to establish which suppliers make their customers happy, and which don't:

I bought my pine wood from a lock lumber company cost $56.00 then cut it to width and length used a dido blade to make the groove on the sides. Mar-k has drawings of the correct sizes. Took a little time and you only have to have a small table saw to do it. Kieth :gmc2:

x4 on Classic Parts, ditto on Mar-K for bed wood & side trim. I used plastic bumper repair epoxy for the steering wheel cracks, cheaper than Eastwood stuff.

I was wondering about that. I have a few things of the 3m 2 part stuff in the shop. May try it.

This thought has crossed my mind. I cringe everytime I see the 400-550 bucks for a bed floor. I feel pretty confindent I could handle it.
