Show me pics of your gauge panel
Looking for pics to get ideas to upgrade my gauge panel. Stock panel with aftermarket gauges, aftermarket panel and gauges, etc. If you have specs and sources that would be very helpful. Thanks in advance

Re: Show me pics of your gauge panel
What's the gauge to the right of the steering column for? It's to the left of the oil pressure gauge, mine is empty?

tach and vac gage add on kit from the car and truck shop. only thing i had to add was some fittings and a vac line from the vac gage to the carb.

all you have to do is disconnect the speedo cable (twists off), pull the plug on the passenger side that plugs into the board, remove the screws around the perimeter of the dash panel (on the inner edge of the chrome ring and unscrew the two big screws holding the little piece of sheetmetal that acts as a skirt around the bottom of the steering column. on my truck i now have to unplug the tach sender from the tach and yank off the vacuum hose too (just a push on connection). I'm keeping it as close to "68 Hot Rod" as possible. Just couldn't resist the white face gauges and Tach though.

Thanks capev86; it looks clean in the picture, maybe the lens is just faded on my truck's gages.

Re: Show me pics of your gauge panel
you disassemble the cluster and there is a metal piece that goes between the lens and gauges. I masked off the turn signals and sprayed that tin gloss white. I reassembled the dash like I said clean and simple here's a link to the pics i took when i did it you will have to scroll down a little ways to see the pics
