All the backyard builders here may find this amusing...

How many colors does your truck have on it?

For me its:

Cab: factory brown and cream
Doors: Grey
Drivers fender: black
Passenger fender: yellow
My stepper bed that I should have on shortly is mainly blue with a burnt orange/ dark yellowish tailgate.

That brings me up to about 7 different colors. 8 if you count the rust on the front panel of the bed as a color :lol: Come on guys, fess up. I know Im not the only one building a one piece at a time truck :chevy:

Cab: Almond and Metallic Bronze
Bed: White
All hidden by primer gray spray paint. :)

So 4 total.. right?

78 gmc tan/maroon/blue/black and a whole lotta ugly:lol:

Exterior color: a really mediocre backyard red paintjob with some of the last color showing through (Black)
Engine bay: Red overspray, Black overspray, Original Saddle Beige
Cab interior metal: Saddle Beige
Bench & Seatbelts: Blue
Headliner, plastic trim, door panel upper, dashpad: Flat black
Door bottom: Household carpet in light grey(what I had around)

So... 5 colors

As of now (should have it painted today)
Cab exterior-Massey Ferguson Gray with some previous Red showing throw interior- Gloss black
Bed- Gloss black
Tailgate- Massey Gray and bondo
Front clip is all Massey Gray except for some places where the previous Blue is showing
Doors, One is all gray with some spray primer the other is black on top and bottom with silver in the middle and a hideous rid pinstripe separating the top thats off by like 2in just on the door.

doors - dark blue
hood and left front fender - white
right front fender - brown
bed - blue
tailgate - gloss black

Interior: Brown, saddle, gold, black, tan, crome
Exterior: Gold, desert sand where I run through the brush and scrape off paint
Engine: color rust and black
undercarriage: black and desert sand

The cab fenders and drivers door are blue with rust and exposed bondo. White passenger door, brown bed, black hood and tailgate.

Driver door and fender are primer black, bed and rest of the cab is a factory blue... For now

gm bright white, honda deep blue pearl, red and green kameleon, and a sprinkle of blue pearl in the clear

7 colors total....Hot rod black primer drivers door, gloss black passenger door, seafoam green tailgate and hood, brown white and red bed and forrest green front fenders.
