clip question???
 

will a 79 front clip fit and line up on my 84 k10? wondering if the body lines would line up right and not look all f'd up....i really like the 79's better:metal:

the clip will line up but you will have some other mods to do with the front bumper and the windshield wipers to make it work

thanks....im looking at doing someday...not anytime soon but what about just the front section were the headlights are? can i just switch that out?

To do the conversion you need to change the entire front clip including the core support. The wiper stands will need to be changed as well.

Then if you want to go a bit further, weld up the holes on the cowl under the windshield and the ones on the corners where the pockets are for the hood hinges.(like i did here)
