id go right out the back straight pipes with chrome tips but thats just me

id run the right our befor the tires but under the bed with a turn down it makes it sound better and most def run a cross over pipe b4 the mufflers evens out the pressure wVES AND INCREASESA performance

i just got my exhaust done on my truck for about $537 sounds freaking awesome got lots of compliments on it i ran 2&1/2 in out in front of the tires had the guy turn them down about 15 degrees and back a little looks sick i love it i ran true duals with magnaflows love the sound and quality of these exhaust oh and dont let me forget i threw some longtube flowtech headers on there too overall great setup perfect for what i was looking for and get this it isnt TO LOUD!!!!! it might have something to do with it being a lwb too but still

you can get the adapters at a local parts store oreillys is where i got mine from they are flange kits

I don't know if it would be quieter if they were closer to the headers. I put them where they are to keep them tucked up so they wouldn't get torn off out in the desert. It is a little loud in parking garages, but it sounds good in the freeway. A crossover pipe would mellow it out some.

The further back you put the mufflers, the quieter it will be. I have long tube Hooker Super comps going on the BB and will be dumping the exhaust right at the back of the cab with a set of flows. It will be pretty loud and very throaty.

ok so i got uner last night to do some planning and i got another question the crossmember for the tranny is iving me a headache the way it was set up with one pipe was on the driver side it went over the crossmember and it looks like the passenger side would go under the crossmember is that correct im worried if i run them both under when i lower the truck it will hit like speedbumps and what not
