body mount bolts

has anyone gone to the hardware store and bought bolts to mount the body to the frame? I have all new bushings but do not want to spend $100 on bolts. does anyone know the legnth and size of the bolts? any help or insight would be appreciated!

Re: body mount bolts

Measure the inside diameter of the bolt holes; this gives you the bolt size. Stack up everything that the bolt needs to go through, add about 3/4 of an inch; this gives you the approximate bolt length.

Not that it answers your question either, but from what I remember they are standard 1/2"-13 bolts. 3.5 or 4" long. Nothing exotic by any stretch.
