73-80 hood weigh

Any of you guys have any idea how much a 73-80 hood weighs?
I need the info for shipping purposes.

The hood itself...I'm guessing around 40 pounds...give or take a few.

Wow, ok cool. I figured those older hoods were a lot heavier than the 81-87 hoods...

Yeah, I'm not 100% due to its awkward shape and I had to replace mine by myself, but my guesstimation is around 40.

If you've got a bathroom scale, weigh yourself, then weigh yourself holding the hood. Subtract, job done.

40lbs seem to be a very low ballpark answer.
