Original Blazer Roll Bar
 

Pulled this roll bar out of my 1972 parts blazer. I am leaning towards not using it. So I will sell it but I will not ship it. It is in good condition. It had never been out of the blazer before and was wrapped in foam. You can see the original price of $69.00 on it. There is some pitting on the bottom 6" of the bar that you can see in the pictures, that will be an easy fix. **NEW PRICE $150**. I may consider some trades, not really sure for what. I am putting it on our site for about a week before I put it on craigslist hoping one of our members can use it.

Would you be willing to get a price to ship it via Greyhound? Don't think it would need to be packaged, just labeled securely. Closest Greyhoud drop off to me is Batavia NY zip 14020, closest to you is Prosser? Rick

I did a little more checking - Closest drop off for you is Sunnyside WA which is like 30 miles. Assuming weight of 65lbs (I really have no idea-just guessing) and the longest dimension 70" (it is probably less) I got a online quote of $99.

I think you are real close on the weight. I saw it once somewhere and I think it was in the 60lb range. There is a brewery up in Sunnyside I like to eat at so if they can ship it and you're ok paying to get it to you we can probably work something out. Let me know if based on your quote you're still interested and if you are I will get ahold of greyhound to confirm they can ship it for close to the quote they gave you.

I am interested but if their computer quote of $99 is correct, it probably makes it a little more than I wanted to have into one. I have been looking for awhile but so far haven't found one closer. If you wanted to, maybe you could double check with Sunnyside's office and actually talk to a human being with the actual measurements and see if it ends up closer to $200 total with shipping? The quote they gave me to ship it to you was $95.00. So your online quote was pretty acurate.

Yes I asked and they said a label is fine. I can not do $225. Sorry but I have come down quite a bit already. I have to go a ways to get to a greyhound and to top it off I am in between trucks right now and have to borrow one to get it there. Thank you very much for your offer. Rick, I received your payment today. Thank you so much. I shipped your roll bar out today and they expect it to be there no later than Tuesday. I was able to save you $30 on shipping so it looks like you did get it for under $225. A great deal for both us.
