Tailgate *very nice*
5 Attachment(s)
I have a very nice tailgate that I am ready to part with. I would consider this gate a 8.5 out of 10. This gate is very straight and only has a couple very small dings (the largest pictured). I am looking for $200 for this gate plus shipping. I will ship this either greyhound whatever is needed. This gate needs a new home. I will respond as soon as I can. As always first come first serve.
Thanks Phil |

The largest dent is pictured there are a couple minor dings on the inside and I will get some picts posted of them later today. I will have to figure out how to crate it and get a shipping price for ya in the next day or two. Phil

wow, missed this one :D

Re: Tailgate *very nice*
Sounds good, Ill take it. the last nice gate I shipped I made a crate out of 2x4's and used plywood to cover it. It made it a little heavy though. Let me know if you have any ideas???/

Re: Tailgate *very nice*
Dang,... missed a good one!
2x4's and plywood will be the best. The last tailgate I bought (and had shipped) was damaged. It doesn't take much to chew up $200 at a body shop. |

Re: Tailgate *very nice*
I've had great success with greyhound on larger/heavier items....
Just box it with some packaging materials and it should arrive safely....I've shipped and received fenders and a tailgate as well as seats through greyhound with no issues... |

Re: Tailgate *very nice*
Good deal. Guys, I have shipped a few gates. First time I made a simple 2x4 frame with plywood top & bottom. That took a few hours, $25 and doubled the shipping cost. The last few I did differently. I put 1 or 2 inch styrofoam (cheap 4x8' sheets at Home Depot, Lowes etc.) slabs on top and bottom, then wrapped cardboard (appliance box etc) around all, good nylon tape, and ready to go. Three shipped across country so far, with no damage. Greyhound bus is usually cheaper than fedex or ups, but check to be sure your Greyhound bus terminal takes package express, many don't. Good luck.
