68 Fleetside 8' Bed
 

I have a 68 bed for sale , bedsides are good and straight w/minimal rust thru the paint only . Front panel in good shape , tailgate is bent up but works great . Bed floor has surface rust with two small spots , one near each rear post that has started to rust thru . Overall , the bed itself is in really good shape . Thanks for looking ! $400.00 SOLD !

I notice that the bed has some repaint on the outside. Has it had any work done other then that. How deep is the rust spots around the wheel wells?Any of the rust getting near through anywhere? Thanks

Not quite sure what you see , as in re-paint . I don't believe this truck has been touched up or re-painted , or any body work done what-so-ever . The spid says this is the correct paint for this truck . The only "deep" rust is in the pics above , near the rear bed stakes . I do not see any major rust around the wheel wells or any other part of the bed that has eat thru . It does have surface rust , some places more than others , but all in all , the bed is in pretty good shape .

The inside of the bed and inside of the cab cab doors, seem to look like its a slightly darker color in your pictures then the outside. The letters on the tailgate also seem to be painted over. Lemme Mapquest and see how far you are from me.
