carpet kits and heat/sound barriers, ideas?
so were is the best place to buy carpet kits for the 72 and what are you all using under the carpets for heat and sound help

I used peel and stick from the home depot under my carpet as a sound deadener and heat reducer. No tar smells at all and this is in the Alabama heat. Best of all it is cheap. I love cheap mods.

Trim parts carpet is good stuff!!! That's just my 2 cents

i have heard good things (from here) about "stockinteriorparts.com (?)" i believe i will use either them or a local guy here named "thechromeguy.com". i beleive both use "OER" brand parts.... not sure though.

Stockinteriors.com the carpet fit awesome. I would buy from them again. Floor mats I got to match are also same quality.

Bump and grind garage is where I got mine they were a vendor on here nice guys to deal with, I also uses the peel and stick stuff from home depot it is very easy to work with and also no odor!

Got my carpet from ACC. Used Fat Mat everywhere under carpet and on inner bed sides, wheel tubs, and front kick panels (I have a Blazer).

do any of these carpet companies offer "extra" carpet that can be purchased and will match the molded kits?
