Oh the things those ford boys will do. I was out junkyarding today and ran across this. They cannot build a better truck so they slapped a blueoval on a C 10 !

That's funny!!

At my old work there was a 90's full sized K1500 with a ford grille zip tied to the front of it.

that would be cool. I could not imagine how much work it would take to shove that elephant motor under the hood of a c/10.

Re: disrespecting the chevys

You can see some crazy things in the junkyards.
In this same yard there is a 62 to 66 Chevy crewcab that someone has widened the fleetside bed by about 12 to 14 inches. Cut er right down the middle and spliced in a piece. Never finished it though. The things some people will do...

Re: disrespecting the chevys

I know there's someone here on the board that put a 460 in a Chevy truck. Maybe that's what happened with this one.

Re: disrespecting the chevys

Thats an old 60's-70's trick to try to keep the truck from rusting away to nothing! Its a shame it took GM so long to figure that problem out!
