Replacing window regulators

I have power windows and I absolutely hate them. They keep going off track, and they're slow as hell. I wanna just swap out the window regulators and put rolley windows back in it.

What's all involved in doing so? The doors are off a 1988-1991 Burb.

Thanks guys! :)

Likely you can get someone on this forum to sway your power window setup for their manual setup, but I would just fix your windows. I spent a lot of time getting mine to work, but aside from the possible relay mod discussed elsewhere on this forum the windows will be slower than modern vehicles, but tolerable for me.
I think if you took your time you could correct the off track issue by watching the windows go up and down with the door panels off. Likely your run channels are the problem. A pair of new Delco motors are only about $45 and should help the speed issue. As long as the windows go up and down when you operate the switch you are far ahead of a lot of guys on this forum.
