Not sure about a combined kit, but here are separate kits for body & suspension on Ebay,

Re: bushings

I have Poly bushings in both the rear suspention, & the body on my old longhorn. Look 2 Energy , or Prothane. Understand that my old truck is a strictly street only,& I wont call her a firm ride(soild is the best way to put it);). IMHO,if you plan "wheelin" that 4x4, I would do rubber in the body mounts, & save the ureathane for the chassis. best of fun, crazyL

Re: bushings

I have poly bushings for the cab also and will be removing and reinstalling stock rubbers one of these days. Its not top on the list of projects but man I cant wait to get rid of them. The ride is rough you feel everything on the road. I didnt have very many rattles until I installed them. Now the doors rattle constantly. For me I agree go poly for the suspension but keep the cab isolated with soft rubbers.
