alternator question

Ok, so there is no wire going from the positive lead on the back of my alternator going to the battery. Isn't it suppose to have one? I'll post a picture up tonight.

Re: alternator question

There should be a lead that ties into a junction in the harness that runs from the power terminal on the passenger fender (connected to the battery) and back into the harness.
Without it you will experience a drastic 'no charge' issue.
