Fuel Pressure problem

I have a 1972 c10 307/3 speed manual.2bbl Rochester Carb otherwise totaly stock except for HEI/MSD6AL

Lately I have had some serious problems with fuel pressure.
I replaced the fuel pump about 30.000 miles ago and also I rebuilt the carb.

then I began to have serous problems with flooding. I replaced the pump again about 200 miles ago and it ran pretty good for a while but then the flooding problem came back. I just rebuilt the carb again and installed an other brand new pump.

when I start the truck it may run for maybe 2 seconds but then lots of fuel starts pouring out of the vent and flooding the truck.

I think its more than a stuck float

I am almost certain that there is too much fuel pressure.

Thanks for any help
