nv4500 trans anyone done it ?

well iv got an NV4500 trans i and bell housing i got with another vehicle i purchased and Im thinking I may drop it in behind the 350 in my 66. right now I am running a saginaw(?) granny low 4 speed from a passenger car and the clutch is about done so i thought now would be a good time to do the swap if I do it at all . doing some research iv found the NV is a granny low 5 spd overdrive and seems to be fairly bulletproof . I'm not sure of my rear end gear ratio but it iv got some flexibility with tire size to get a happy engine speed and road speed combo. anyone done the swap in one of our trucks ? oh and its a 2 wheel drive as well . any thoughts/opinions are welcome thanks

Bo
