alf4444 04-20-2003 11:31 PM

Neat shots,
That intake looks good for sure.

As for testing a body harness on a engine crane,
Don't worry.......it will hold your weight.
That is it will until you are six hundred feet off the ground and really need it. (!)
Thanks for the shots,
Mike

Like those valve covers.also what manifold are you using.?

alf4444 04-21-2003 09:32 AM

Got the valve covers on ebay for 17 bucks shipped. The intake is a edelbrock street master (powder coated and twenty years old but no carbon build up) got it for 60 with a holley 600 double pumper. Everything else is brand new, the only thing I didn't replace is the alternator power steering pump (i am replacing the lines) and starter, if anyone needs 400 sbc parts i got em.:burnout:

Looks pretty sharp!!!!! I wish they made some valve covers like that for a big block.

The other pic. That is probbly the best use for a rose harrness I've seen. To help move drunk buddies that come over to help, but end up drinking all your beer.........Am I close??:D :D

It was an easy way to keep him from getting into trouble and out of the fridge.
