72 blazer with truck cab
 

Friend of mine just swapped me a 72 blazer with a truck cab on it (sight unseen so hope i can trust him lol) Lots of new parts, he said the cab was very well done, 86 front and rear suspension (2wd but was 4wd) , sb 400 with aluminum heads and lots of pretty shiny parts. Hope to get it going soon and possibly sell my daily for now so i dont have any payments. Will try to get pics this weekend ;)

Truck cab?...So are you going to get a tub for the swap or cut down a bed? Sounds like fun!

it was a K5 and he grafted the truck roof and rear wall into it to make it basically a really short bed unibody truck.....he should be here by 10am or so tomorrow so hoping to post some pics tomorrow night.

Have some McGaughey spindles for it and may go air ride with it soon.......as soon as I get time to roll it back out of the shop i will get some better pics.....may sell the aluminum headed 400 or trade for an LS1/t56 combo

The bed is full of extra parts i need to sort thru and get some posted for sale on here.....lots of stuff i wont be using....factory air parts and lenses etc.....as soon as i get time to get it emptied out i will get some pics of the work done. Truck seems very solid, only a few items i plan to shave and a slight dent where something heavy was laid across the hood on one side. More pics later this week :metal:
