Just missed one! unless......

went this afternoon to look at a yard find....someone already has a deposit on it until tommorrow..if he can't come thru it's MINE!

1971 Cheyenne Super, longbed, black w/ black & white houndstooth interior. All original exept spotlight and western slot mags. This baby screams nostolgia. Factory loaded, A/C, power steering & brakes, 350 V8 4bbl w/ auto transmission. It's ALL there including factory am-fm radio. Original North Carolina truck entire life, documented w/ key punch and protect o plate.

Condition: Cab is the worst, has rust over sunvisors, bottom of doors, rockers but cab corners are solid? floors ok. Small rust behind front and back wheels but very repairable. Front clip is solid, even the radiator support has original battery tray and no rust underneat. Truck is STRAIGHT as and hour. Bed is great with the exeption of rust at joint between wheel tubs & bed floor on one side. Tailgate is EC and bed head rail is EC.

Best part....are you ready..................$ 1200.00 for a loaded SUPER.

A lot more in parts than the price. I just missed a super too only it only had 56,000 miles on it. Bummer...

Re: Just missed one! unless......

yeah, this truck only had 123k miles and the A/C was redone in 1996 with only 9000 miles on it since. It has been sitting for 9 years and the motor has water mixed in the oil (bummer).

I would attach a link to the add but the owner has already pulled it from craigslist along with the pictures..

UPDATE - bad news for me, just got the call saying the new owner just payed the balance and took the truck with him..Good deal from him! This truck was straight as an arrow, even the grill was in perfect shape including the mounting tabs.

Sad Sad me....oh well, leaves more time for the 68 i am working on anyway.
