67 c10 prothane rear control arm bushing
Can anyone tell me which direction the tapper part of the thrust washer faces? Thanks

Re: 67 c10 prothane rear control arm bushing
I dont know of a "Thrust washer" for the trainling arms. Im assuming you are talking about the poly ring that somehow sandwiches in with everything else. The taper should go to the outside...if we are talking about the same thing. I didnt use them.

Here are pictures of what I am talking about. Does the tapper go inboard or outboard?

Like your first picture. Taper out. I had the same question a couple years ago when I did mine for the first time.

Thank you for the help. I even called the manufacturer and they couldn't help.
