alot of noise when it's bumpy

my truck makes lots of awful clanks and clunks when i hit roads that aren't so flat ....... road repair is pretty scarce in my neck of the woods ...... is there any thing i can check????? ...this side of replacing the suspension ..... the front shocks are new and all the balljoints and greare zerts have plenty of lube in them ....

thanks

well one of the first places is the tailgate there's suppossed to be little rubber bumpers where it closes then there's the doors same thing also the door window weatherstripping and door weatherstripping the hood is supposed to have rubber bumpers also the bed mounts if you undo the bolts and slip a piece of rubber under each pad, grab hold of the bumpers and see if there is any movement also the sparetire carrier if there is any movement tighten them and last get rid of the beer cans under the seat !! now you should have a quieter truck

dug this post back up .. the noises were a worn upper shock hole ... relocated the 5/8 hole and now i've got zero chassis noises..... Now i can hear more rattles in the cab .. oh well
