caltrac,s with lowering blocks ?

Just wondering will cal tracs traction bars work with a 1 or 2 in. lowering block.I know is getting away from perfect angle or what ever you call it for the bars to work

I would contact Calvert Racing and ask them.

A few years ago I had cal tracs on my old 68 camaro with lowering blocks. Worked great.

I would worry about scrub line issues if combining both a lowering block and a caltrac system. I wanted the same for my S10 since it suffers really bad from wheel hop, but decided against it since I'm running 15" wheels.

I've read on the web on how to make your own caltrac bars...doesn't look that hard if you can weld. I tried thinking of a way to use the lowering block as the mounting point of the bar instead of below the springs, but my skills in fabrication and knowledge of suspension geometry put that to a quick halt...

I had cal trac springs, and cal trac bars on my camaro. I wanted the car to sit lower and welded 2" steel lowering blocks to the rearend spring pads.
