it looks a little rough, but if it runs decent and drived that's real good price .

Low demand for a dually. And that price seems to be on the low end for a decent running, driving, cc/2wd/drw (I call that a triple double.) A lot of people that try and sell them think they are worth gold, failing to see they have a low demand to match their low supply.
