Suburban in hemet ca.

So, there is a guy out here in Hemet where I live who has a clean no rust GMC sub 2wd begging for me to buy so i have a matching set. 1 4x4 and 1 2wd. I stopped by today just to take a pic to post up on here for you all to see. The guy came out and explained how it was his grandpas and the last thing he had from him. He wasn't happy about me even taking a pic(so I didn't). I told him to get on these boards and get that thing back on the road but he was just interested in me leaving. I guess I can see his point. He was saying people break in and steel parts off it.

Yep, I can understand his perspective, it's unfortunate he's had experience(s) to make him feel that way - of course you meant no harm and are just a truck nut like the rest of us - but i guess it all depends where you live and who has been "not so nice" to you. Hope he gets it on the road and gets some enjoyment out of it. I'd say send him a Christmas Card!

For sure. Its just sad that its come to that for people. I understand parts for these things are hard to find in all but if your out robbing them off your neighbors truck???? :cuss::m2::splat::hc::box::chop::floss: Isn't part of the fun of having vehicles like these hunting down the perfect part for you? I guess fun for some is steeling your parts. I guess its a good thing my other hobby is guns! :metal:

I wish. The guy wont even talk about selling. It was the only thing he has left of his grandpa and is almost pissed that anyone would ask about buying it.
