billet dash panel molding?

does anyone know how this goes on? does it use the same fastening system as original or do you need screws or?
Thanks.

Doesn't it overlay the original equipment and use stainless screws?

thanks for the response so quick but idk ive been looking and alot of people have said it just replaces the original piece, but if it does does it just screw in? it seems like there'd be an easier way to install it.

It replaces the original piece. I made a few changes when I installed mine:

I bolted the billet to the dash with stainless pan head bolts, rather than using the screws provided.
If you have A/C you will have to mess with the plastic vents that are attached to the back side of the original piece for them to fit to the back of the billet piece.
