A couple of pictures of my blazer and my dads vette.

This is my dads vette that i inherited. Its a 77 with a zz4 350 and a 700r4. Ive been putting a lot of work in to it to get it drivable and somewhat reliable for a 30+ year old car. Everything that is made of rubber is brittle and is breaking off of the car. I like the car but am considering selling so that i can focus more on my blazer.

My blazer is sitting on the rims that came on the truck when i bought it. The tires are 35" BFG KM2's. I like the tires but would be happier if they were wider. I am currently replacing the intake manifold gaskets because the end seals blew out. Once that is done i think that it will be reliable enough to do some body work/panel replacement.

Im not a vette fan either but it is fun to drive. I never noticed how other vette drivers will wave at ya.

The vette looks cool and all, but I've never been a huge fan of em. If it were mine...I'd sell it for a set of wider wheels/tires and body/paint $...JMHO

Tires are already sticking out past the fenders.....

We've had a few vettes, but stick to the mid 60's with one bumper car mixed in, (a 71 454) If it's the right vette, I don't kick it out of the garage ;)

Nice thing about the mid to late 70's, you can tinker with them without much fear of hurting value. They are all neat in my opinion though. Cool stuff.

Those were my thoughts, but since it belonged to my old man i think ill enjoy it for a while then put it up for sell.

Im not talking about sticking out farther just another inch or two of tread.
I like the look of the pitbulls and the trxus super swampers.

I did some research on this vette and its the lower horsepower less desirable model. But like you said its been updated from the motor to the rear axle with no loss of value.

Definitely understand that one. My bro has my dad's 69 C10 who passed when we were young. He offered to sell it to me, but I passed because I would have just finished it and sold it to the 1st person that offered a good price. I do have my dad's tool box, and in it was a lone cigarette that I still have...I was 12 then, and now 32, so it's 20 years old...I'd rather hold onto something small and priceless to me.

Anyways...have fun in the vette!

Don't sell it. If your dad wanted it out of the family he would have sold it himself. Keep it.
